Voter Assistance
Voter Help Centre
During the voting period, the Municipal Office (1000 Taylor Court) will be designated as the Voter Help Centre and will host access to the internet through voting kiosk stations with applicable voting equipment.
The Voter Help Centre will be available to voters as follows:

Off-Site Assistance
Off-site assistance will be provided at the following locations between October 15 and October 23, 2026 (dates and all locations to be confirmed) subject to any safety-related instructions from location administrators:
- South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (if on September 1, 2026, 20 or more beds are occupied by persons who are disabled, ill or infirm)
- Castle Peak Retirement Residence
- The Pines Long-Term Care
- James Street Place
- Muskoka Hills Retirement Residence
Other pop-up locations may be scheduled.

On-Site Assistance
If an elector requires assistance to vote, an Election Official may assist as requested, provided the elector takes the Oral Oath to vote with assistance.
In lieu of an Election Official providing assistance, the elector may request that a friend assist the elector at the Voter Help Centre. The friend assisting the elector shall be required to take the Oral Oath to vote with assistance. No person shall be allowed to act as a friend of more than one voter at the Voter Help Centre.
Where an elector requires an interpreter (provided by the elector), the interpreter shall take the Oral Oath to vote with assistance and shall translate the oaths as well as any lawful questions put to the voter.
Candidates
Candidates are not permitted to interpret for or assist any electors in the voting process.
